got back from th'west coast aug24. not a bad place to climb. most of the pictures i took were high-res, so i wont bother uploading them, but i shrunk a few to www-size. here's the nutshell version.
a random sampling of the grand september/oct euro-tour, involving relative visiting in UK/Greece, climbing in the french alps, blowby sightseeing in geneva and athens, and a couple weeks getting tan in the aegean. rough life.
oct/nov: two trips to north carolina, a couple weeks volunteering for the democrats and MoveOn, a bit of climbing, a lot of working on the car, a couple short courses. some hiking, some canoeing, a lot of sewing. what better way to spend a fall.
