The food in Asia was mostly excellent, and we got to eat some old favorites as well as new taste treats.
This page is not at all finished. In fact I am just getting started.

I think this (above) was one of the tastiest dishes I had on the trip. It was a red curry and a really delicious mix of flavors and spicy but not overpowering. Delicious. The restaurant was nice too, with a raised deck dining area near a big overhanging cave and a goodly supply of condiments. It was full of Thai diners.

Malaysia
In Malaysia they had Chinese, Indian, and Malaysian foods, and it was delicious. It was also nice to get wheat products and foods that weren't so spicy that they were nearly inedible. We were off the Tonsai diet and fattening up. urp. There is a bit more on this food and the same pics in the Malaysian section here:
